PROGETTO DI UN EDIFICIO SPERIMENTALE DI 15 ALLOGGI DI EDILIZIA RESIDENZIALE NEL COMUNE DI ITRI (Latina)


Il progetto è concepito come aggregazione condominiale di abitazioni monofamiliari all’interno di una conformazione “solida ma non invasiva”, capace di imporre elevati standard energetici e di ottimizzare il consumo di risorse sia attraverso dotazioni impiantistiche efficienti ed innovative, sia mediante la condivisione di spazi, servizi e attrezzature accessorie ma, indispensabili per il funzionamento e la gestione del vivere quotidiano.
